1J50 alloyis used to make various transformers, relays, electromagnetic clutches, chokes, and cores of magnetic circuit parts used in medium magnetic fields, pole pieces, earphone diaphragms, relay parts for ground leakage circuit breakers, and gas safety valves. Magnetic shielding, gyroscope, automatic synchronous motor, electronic watch micro motor.
The magnetic permeability of1J50 alloy: is 75mH/m, coercivity Hc: 10, and remanence rate 1.50T. High magnetic properties can be obtained by low-temperature annealing. After the final heat treatment, it has an obvious cubic crystal structure, its hysteresis loop is almost rectangular, and the remanence is as high as 1.5T. The residual magnetism is saturated at 0.95.
